Youth First Initiative funding has been granted to Nine Star Youth Services through the State of Alaska’s Department of Labor. To be eligible, youth must be between 16 and 24 years of age. The program is designated for youth who are currently not attending school, which can include graduates as well as those who have dropped out of high school.
